Property composed of main house and outbuilding 16 km from the centre of Narni, in a secluded position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 4 ha, swimming pool (4 x 12 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Motor access (1 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, railway station "Orte Scalo" 8 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 50 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
