The downstairs apartment features original stone walls, a sitting room with doors leading to the garden, a large dining room with seating for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a bread oven.

The unspoiled gardens include a terrace for al fresco dining, swings for children, and a BBQ. Nearby attractions include the city of Orvieto (20 minutes) known for its cathedral and white wine, Lake Bolsena (approximately 30 minutes) for swimming and water sports, and the capital of Umbria, Perugia (1 hour and 20 minutes) for a cultural experience.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
