Attractive, characteristic stone farmhouse divided into 5 apartments all furnished in a simple but very comfortable way.
The property is situated in a quiet and panoramic location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside a few kilometres from the famous town of Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Basilica of San Francesco.
Ideal location for nature walks, mountain biking and hiking.
Guests have access to a private, fully-equipped outdoor area, shared access to swimming pool and barbecue, games for children and relaxation areas. A common room is also available for any guests who wish to socialise.
Private parking available for guests; cot and high chair provided on request.
The studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
