Large, cosy, comfortable house. In the centre of Viareggio, in a central, busy position, in the heart of the city, from the sea, 900 m from the beach, on a main road. Private: terrace, garden furniture. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking on the road extra. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Shop 500 m, grocery 150 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 200 m, bakery 150 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, bicycle rental, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Viareggio" 900 m, 500 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
