Large, rustic cottage "Casino di Lecceto", 400 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 8 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Florenz, 50 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 80 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 04.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 400 m long very bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Siena" 8 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 80 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 37 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
