The villa is an old 19th century residential house recently restored, belongs to the larger residence. In a quiet position, in the middle of a large park with centuries old trees. From the house you can see the observation tower to the Montalbano hills with olive groves and vineyards and to the stronghold towers of Serravalle. The swimming pool is 150 m away, open from 10.00-19.00 hours. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
