Large, beautiful, rustic house, built in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Scansano, on top of a hill, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and flowers. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). 350 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km. There is a lake/open water less than 27 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Civitella in Scansano you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
