For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 10 km. Riding stable 3 km. There is a lake/open water less than 40 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casalini in Scansano you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
