The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a patio, a balcony, a jacuzzi and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the loggia. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, air conditioning. Exit to the loggia. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, kitchen corner and TV. Exit to the garden. Terrace roofed, patio, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance.

Cosy house "Casa Bianca", detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 1.4 km from the centre of Bivio di Montorgiali, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Hot tub. 500 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Marina si Grosseto" 33 km. There is a lake/open water less than 30 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casa Bianca in Scansano you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
