The charming and cozy ground-floor flat is located 2 km from Sarteano Castle, in a delightful village perched on a plateau between the Val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana. This area offers breathtaking views and is an ideal starting point in Tuscany for cultural, scenic, and food-and-wine visits of great interest. The flat can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families with children or couples with their pets who want a place to relax.

The flat is on the ground floor of a condominium, with independent access from both the private garden and the garage. It is carefully furnished in a practical and functional way to ensure a pleasant stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchenette with four gas burners, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle, and a dining table for four people. There is a double bedroom with a French window featuring a mosquito net that opens onto the veranda, and a complete bathroom with a shower. The garden is very pleasant, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

There are precious corners to discover throughout the territory of Sarteano and the Valdichiana Senese. In the direction of Boccalaciana and the Peschiera, one can follow ancient Etruscan roadways, the so-called Vie Cupe, along which lie the most important necropolises: Palazzina and Pianacce. The latter, in addition to offering a splendid panorama over the Valdichiana, is a site of exceptional interest as it houses the Tomb of the Infernal Quadriga.

A few kilometers from the center of the village, after passing through dense woods, it is possible to reach the fortified Abbey of Spineto, the medieval village of Castiglioncello sul Trinoro, characterized by a spectacular view over the Val d'Orcia, and the Pietraporciana Nature Reserve. The Val d'Orcia is a marvelous countryside in southern Tuscany, close to the border with Umbria and on the slopes of Mount Amiata. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
