On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Terrace 25 m2 partly roofed terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. 1.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 17 km, sandy beach "Vada" 17 km pebble beach "Castiglioncello" 15 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
