The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a table tennis table, a garden (fenced) and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and San Miniato. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
