The holiday home for 9 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, three single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a balcony or terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a barbecue and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with six washbasins, four baths with showers, five toilets, a shower and five bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Villa Bel Canto is a splendid seventeenth-century farmhouse, totally restored in recent years and furnished with great taste and refinement by the owner couple, assiduous travelers and art history enthusiasts. There is a private swimming pool along with sun loungers overlooking the majestic mountain views which you can enjoy. This villa is perfect for a mountain-vacation with family!

The villa is located in an extraordinarily panoramic position, a short distance from the medieval village of Celle sul Rigo and 6 km from the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and direct exits to the garden, a dining area with a table for 12 people and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster, laundry room with washing machine, guest bathroom, a double bedroom which can be made into a double room with en suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor a triple bedroom (3 beds) with adjacent bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette, a splendid master bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks, a double bedroom with internal bathroom with shower. There will be never a dull moment here!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
