Private: natural state property 5 ha, natural garden, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. There is a lake/open water less than 40 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Turi in Roccastrada you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
