Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, conservatory. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Private entrance. No internal connecting door between the floors. The farmhouse has a comfortable closed veranda with windows equipped with a wood stove, perfect even for the coldest periods. On request (extra) the owner organises typical dinners, excursions, cooking workshops.

Outdoor shower, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
