Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Walk-through room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Panoramic view. Facilities: baby cot. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Access to bedroom with queen-size bed and shower/WC from outside or from the single bedroom. The wall between the other two bedrooms does not go all the way up to the ceiling. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
