For people looking for a grand Tuscan experience, this residence does not disappoint. This large, fully renovated villa, surrounded by cypress trees and vineyards, is a wonderful combination of traditional architecture and contemporary luxury.

The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. The swimming pool has elegant sun loungers and parasols close by, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. In the Arno River valley, the villa is 45 minutes from Arezzo, 40 minutes from the centre of Florence and 1 hour from Sienna, so the finest cities in Tuscany are all within easy reach. Chianti, famous for its delicious wines, is less than 1 hour from the house. A trip to one of the many vineyards for a wine tasting makes a wonderful day out.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
