General

The holiday home for 15 persons has seven bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, a single sofa bed, two double beds or two single beds and a single box bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, an atmospheric fireplace, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with nine washbasins, eight toilets, seven showers and seven bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

For a pleasant stay in the beautiful Tuscany’s Reggello, you must reside in this pleasant holiday home. The holiday home has a swimming pool (open from May to September), air conditioning and a parking facility. Moreover, it is an excellent choice for vacations with the family.

A walk through the Tuscan landscape or a visit to nearby villages such as Vaggio, Faella or it's a larger figline Valdarno. There is plenty to do in the area. A visit to Arezzo by car is certainly recommended.

The accommodation features a living room with a fireplace and a garden with a swimming pool. The bedrooms all have a bathroom en suite and the air conditioning ensures cooling on hot summer days.

A cook and minister for lunch are available on request (€ 280, - at a time). A babysitter is available for € 20 per day (€ 25 per night).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
