Detailed information
This place is perfect for a pleasant stay in beautiful Tuscany. The holiday home has a swimming pool (open from May to September), air conditioning and parking. Moreover, it is an excellent choice for vacations with the family.
A walk through the Tuscan landscape or a visit to nearby villages such as Vaggio, Faella or figline Valdarno is worth exploring. There is plenty to do in the area. A visit to Arezzo by car is certainly recommended.
The accommodation features a living room with a fireplace and a garden with a swimming pool. The bedrooms all have a bathroom en-suite and the air conditioning ensures cooling on hot summer days.
Cook and ministry for lunch are available on request (€ 280, - at a time). A babysitter is available for € 20 per day (€ 25 per night).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
