The apartment is ideally located on the edge of the small town of Radicondoli, a Medieval village known for its olive oil production. Several good restaurants serving regional cuisine can be found in the area. The historic city of Siena is a 45-minute drive away, home to the famous Palio di Siena and other attractions. San Gimignano, with its iconic Medieval towers, is also 45 minutes away. Florence, known as the Cradle of the Renaissance, is a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment. The closest airports are Florence, a 1 hour and 10-minute drive, and Pisa, a 1 hour and 50-minute drive.

The charming duplex apartment accommodates up to 5 people and combines contemporary style with authentic Tuscan touches. The open plan living area features modern stairs leading up to a mezzanine seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The lower level includes another comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area with double aspect French windows opening onto a small balcony. The apartment features two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. An additional sofa on the mezzanine floor converts into a small double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet, and W.C.

The apartment is part of a small condominium with a shared swimming pool, open from June 15 to August 31, from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. Guests can also enjoy 2 deckchairs by the pool. The historic town of Radicondoli offers a peaceful setting with picturesque views and easy access to local restaurants and attractions.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
