Located amidst olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a fully fenced garden, the house has the third and fourth bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
