Located in a charming Tuscan farmhouse in Poppi, near Arezzo, this flat offers spacious, carefully furnished interiors with breathtaking views of the Casentino valley. The living room features a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas and electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more. A dining area for six and a cozy relaxation space with a sofa bed, TV, and wardrobe complete the room, all with large windows that offer stunning panoramic vistas.
Set on a 12-acre property with gardens, woods, and plenty of outdoor facilities, this farm offers a variety of activities such as a playground, boules court, ping-pong, and a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Guests can also enjoy homemade products, including local ham and salami. In addition to exploring the nearby Casentino Forests National Park, Mount Falterona, and charming Tuscan towns like Cortona and Anghiari, be sure to visit Pioppi Castle, perched on a hill and offering spectacular views of the valley. Also worth a visit is the Abbey of San Fedele, a stone church with beautiful Giotto paintings.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
