The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a boules court, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a swimming pool, a table tennis table and a jacuzzi and there are three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a toilet and a bidet.

The large windows offer a splendid panoramic view of the valley.

The flat includes two bedrooms, both furnished with elegant period furniture:
- The **first room** has a double bed, wardrobe, upholstered chair, two bedside tables, cabinet, carpets and a window with a view of the Casentino valley.
- The **second room** can be furnished with a double bed or, on request, with two single beds. It is furnished with a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, carpets and an upholstered chair. The window overlooks the garden and swimming pool.

The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a large shower cubicle.

The flat is located in a magnificent Tuscan farmhouse in Poppi, near Arezzo, set in a 12-acre fenced property with gardens and woods, ideal for nature walks.

The property houses a total of 9 flats, furnished in authentic Tuscan style, and offers numerous facilities for relaxation and entertainment:

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
