Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Panoramic view of the city. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Private: park 7 ha (fenced), well-kept garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station 5 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 30 km, Lucca 30 km, Pisa 40 km, Viareggio 60 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
