The farm has been divided into 11 comfortable apartments and the area around the estate comprises more than 12 hectares of land. The owner lives on the farm and continues a long tradition of producing homemade olive oil and wine. Guests can sample the fresh fruits and vegetables which come from the farm. The fresh eggs are from the farm's own poultry. Facilities of the farm include a pool, a garden with solarium, private covered parking and a playground. The owner can provide you with information and leaflets regarding the most beautiful places and sites in the region.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 40m². The apartment is suitable for two to four persons. In the living room you will find a double bed sofa. The fully-equipped open kitchen, which adjoins the living room, contains a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed. Upon request a third bed can be added. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. All houses have modern and comfortable furniture, central heating, air-conditioning and a TV with satellite connection. Guests of this property have access to a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
