Very cosy, comfortable villa "Le Dune", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1960, renovated in 2021. 300 m from the centre of Tirrenia, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea. Private: natural garden 200 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "200". Nearby attractions: Pisa 15 km, Firenze 90 km, Lucca 40 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
