General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
