The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a bunk bed, two double beds or two single beds and a single sofa bed. This beautiful stone farm in the Casentino Valley consists of 2 apartments furnished in a cozy and rustic Tuscan style. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the house and the pool. The house has been completely renovated and features typical Tuscan elements, including terracotta tiles on the floor, wooden beams on the ceiling and furniture in wrought iron and wood.

About 300 m from the house there is a small swimming pond with a picnic table, grill and toilet.

The large garden and pool are perfect for rest and relaxation. At the same time it is an ideal starting point for cultural excursions to Florence, Arezzo and other Tuscan cities.

The beautiful views of the valley, the centuries-old forests and the surrounding villages are beautiful and you will enjoy Tuscan country life here with olive trees, vineyards, chestnut trees and cypresses. The nearest village is Ortignano Raggiolo, about 3 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
