Podere Rasenna is a restored farm in a panoramic, hilly position, not far from the castle-vllage San Miniato (12 km) and the cultural city of Pisa. Not far away from the beaches of the Versilia coast, it is the ideal starting point, to combine cultural and bathing holidays. There are also olive groves, forests and a large garden with furnished outdoor area, which belong to the property. In the middle of the green area, there is the pool with sun terrace, outside shower and dress room/WC. Swimming-towels are available for the clients. There is also a large, furnished veranda for open air dining. The house is furnished in Tuscan style and has also some antique pieces of furniture. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
