Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Private: terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 1.3 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
