The holiday home for 13 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a table tennis table, a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Exit to the terrace. Large terrace partly roofed, patio, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, no lift. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The villa is made up of a central body and an outbuilding. There are two refrigerators and a blast chiller.

Very beautiful, cosy villa "Il Faro". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 500 m from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, in the countryside, in a pedestrian area. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis. 25 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre. Marina 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Giannella 6 km, Feniglia 20 km, Orbetello 11 km, Porto Ercole 13 km, Talamone 28 km. Hiking paths: Parco Naturale della Maremma 35 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Attention: the villa is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL Pilarella) active from 21 June to 15 September with the following restrictions (times and periods subject to change by the Municipality of Monte Argentario): from 18:00 to 21:00 you can access only with a permit available for one car (please send the details of your car to arrange the permit), from 21:00 until 24.00 traffic is prohibited, from 24.00 to 02.00 you can access only with a permit available for one car, from 02.00 to 18 no restrictions.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Il Faro in Monte Argentario you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
