Furniture personally curated by the owner of the house, the paintings and sculptures are from a private collection from the family-owned Art Gallery, the lighting has been carefully designed with designer lamps (Flos Artemide Fontana Arte) contrasting with brocantage furniture and natural fabrics. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 250 m, bar 1.2 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 11 km, shingle beach "Cala Piccola" 1.2 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 60 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Not suitable for small children. It is not allowed to organise events. Guests have a sun umbrella and two deckchairs at their disposal in the exclusive bathing establishment of Cala Piccola, with bar and snack bar and free shuttle service. Opening times June-September. About 300m from the house is the Boutique Hotel in Cala Piccola, with a restaurant open from breakfast to dinner.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
