Beautiful villa "Ciuffini", 2 storeys, detached. 2 km from the centre of Patresi, 1.5 km from the centre of Colle d'Orano, 15 km from the centre of Marciana Marina, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
