Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 10.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Nearby attractions: Pitigliano 20 km, Manciano 11 km, Sovana 17 km, Scansano 35 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Bolsena 55 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 3 km. Terme di Saturnia can also be reached on foot or by mountain bike via a 3km path.

There is a lake/open water less than 44 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casale Montecavallo (SUA100) in Manciano you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
