The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a patio and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The house is heated by a large wood stove in the living room and electric stoves in the bathrooms.

Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. The beaches of Giannella can be easily reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. Guests can enjoy maximum privacy.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Marte in Magliano in Toscana you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
