Country house "Buratto". 14 km from the centre of Lucca, 3.5 km from the centre of San Martino in Freddana, 1.2 km from the centre of Monsagrati, in a secluded position on a slope, 22 km from the sea, 22 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden, swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 03.Oct.). In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 1.2 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
