The house dates back to the 17th century and was renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail and original building elements by the owners, who live in the other semi-detached house. The natural property, of which 100 square meters are available for your sole use, also offers you a private pool with loungers and parasols. The beautifully landscaped entrance area impresses with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves as far as Vinci. The owner warmly invites you to a dinner with Tuscan specialties.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
