For shared use: natural garden. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. Garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (15.11.-01.04.). Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km. Riding stable 5 km. Please note: main road 100 m from the property. It is a tourist location granted for short periods in a temporary way without the supply of the accessory or complementary services.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
