General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a terrace, an air conditioner, a patio, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: garden 80 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 250 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 250 m, pedestrian zone, bicycle rental 2.5 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
