The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a central heating and a television. In addition there is a terrace, garden furniture, an air conditioner, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The apartment, situated in Florence, is conveniently located near the tramway, allowing guests to easily explore the city's museums and galleries. It’s the perfect base for a couple or family seeking an engaging holiday year-round. Alternatively, guests can reach the center of Florence in just 25 minutes on foot. Florence's international airport is only a 15-minute taxi ride away and can also be accessed by tram. The main train station, Santa Maria Novella, is a 10-minute drive from the property.

The ground-floor apartment's front door opens into a bright kitchen equipped with a gas hob, a small electric oven, a Mokka coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer. A dining table for three is available, and French windows open onto the terrace, which leads to the private garden.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a work desk, and a Smart TV. Stairs lead up to the bedroom.

Bedroom: There is a French bed on an open mezzanine above the living area.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathroom
The flat has a bathroom with a shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.

For a peaceful retreat in nature, the Boboli Gardens, located behind the Pitti Palace, offer a serene setting with fountains and statues.

For those who prefer to cook, the Mercato Centrale (18 minutes by tram) is the go-to spot, offering fresh seasonal and local produce. For those wishing to venture further, renowned destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are perfect for a day trip, all about an hour’s drive from the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
