You will find this small residence in the Tuscany hills, on the border of the Chianti area, central and peaceful situated between Firenze, Siena en Arezzo. The apartments, lovely and stylishly furnished, offer lots of comfort and the necessary peace. On the closely situated square, town feasts and concerts are held regularly. Apart from the pleasant stay, the accommodation offers the possibility, due to the location to easily visit the important cities of Tuscany: Greve in Chianti within 16 km distance, Firenze within 39 km, Siena and Arezzo within 54 km. A horse riding school is within less than 2 km.
On request: possible to organise excursions and visits: romantic old churches (Pievi Romaniche), old "Etruschi" routs, wine and food tasting at the famous Tscany farms, art courses (sculpture, clay, etc.) and also breakfast.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
