A few km from Cortona, in a quiet countryside area, is this accommodation, a beautiful renovated cottage on two levels, characterized by spacious, bright interiors and a park with swimming pool.

The features of this corner of Tuscany are the numerous medieval villages located on the hills such as: Cortona, Lucignano and Castiglion Fiorentino, among others. The property has an excellent position to visit most of central Tuscany, the valleys of the Orcia, Chianti, the Crete Senesi and the main art cities like Arezzo, Siena and Florence and all the most beautiful places in the nearby Umbria region.

The accommodation is spread over two levels with various entrances on the ground floor that lead, one into the living room with sofas and fireplace, the other into the dining area and kitchen connected by a large internal arch. The ground floor is completed by a full bathroom with shower cubicle and a double bedroom. A scale leads to the above floor where you can find the sleeping area. This includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a lovely twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower. Externally there is a large flat park completely fenced with swimming pool, bordered along the entire perimeter by high hedges. Once through the entrance gate, there is the covered parking area located in the immediate and convenient vicinity of the main entrance. The swimming pool is located in front of the house and it can be reached through the lawn. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, with Roman steps and it is surrounded by sunbeds, tables, parasols and a solar shower.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
