The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The Agriturismo is immersed in a 200-hectare organic farm, ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking for tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan countryside, a few steps from the sea and the cities of art such as Pisa, Florence and Lucca. It hosts a typical restaurant that serves traditional Tuscan dishes, prepared with fresh and local ingredients. However, being very busy, it can be noisy during opening hours. Just 5 minutes by car, there are the villages of Guasticce, Vicarello and Collesalvetti, with supermarkets and other services. The location is also perfect for visiting the Etruscan Coast and the beaches of Tirrenia, just 20 minutes away by car.

This apartment is located on the ground floor, at the front of the agriturismo. The terracotta floors combined with simple Tuscan furnishings give the apartment an authentic feel. The living room offers a pleasant view of the surrounding hills and the old wall in front of the house. Outside there is a room to sit and relax, but you can also do it by the pool!

Check-in is not possible after 8pm.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
