For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Private: property (fenced), natural garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, washing machine, bicycles available (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
