The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single bed and a doubter bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool and there are two balconies. The badroom is equipped with three bidets, a bath, three washbasins, three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher.

At about 10 km from Civitella in Val di Chiana you will find this country house with a beautiful view over the Valdichiana. There are 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a family of 6.

The fascinating Renaissance town of Pienza, with a breathtaking view of the Orcia Valley (46 km) is one of the surrounding towns that you can visit. Siena and Perugia are also easily accessible from the house and you can enjoy a delicious meal in the center of Civitella in Val di Chiana, 12 km away.

Despite the renovation, the holiday home still has typical Tuscan features. The children can play carefree in the garden and you can cool off in the swimming pool. The barbecue allows you to create the ultimate summer evening.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
