The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, a boules court, five air conditioners, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a barbecue, an atmospheric fireplace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, a bath with shower, two showers, four bidets and five toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a wood stove, a dishwasher and a microwave.

For a relaxing stay in Italy, you will find this beautiful holiday home perfect for staying comfortably, which offers a private swimming pool and a fenced garden. The property is ideal for large families and you can take a maximum of 2 pets (on request, € 25 per week).

You can take a walk in the attractive surroundings and a bike ride is also very worthwhile. With the car you can easily make the journey to the beautiful Lago Trasimeno, where you can indulge in water sports and enjoy a relaxing day along the banks.

The property has parking and you can cool in the beautiful private swimming pool in the summer. You can light the barbecue for a pleasant evening in the garden and can enjoy a fun game at the boules court. Upon arrival, customers must hand over a security deposit of € 1,000.00 which will be returned to them at the end of their stay less the cost of any damages incurred.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
