Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) 20 m2, with sloping ceilings, Studio, ceiling height 170 - 210 cm with 2 beds and shower/WC. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The use of the loft (20mq) on the second floor comes to a cost of 350 euro/week payable locally.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
