The apartments in the two-story residence (type A and type B) and the beautiful single-story villas (type C and type D), each with four apartments, are grouped around the popular pool area with children's area in the spacious, well-kept gardens. While you are pampered in the in-house wellness area (for a fee), an animation team will ensure that the children don't get bored in the high season. You can enjoy culinary delicacies in the restaurant with pizzeria, an outdoor terrace and pool view.
The coastal promenade with sandy beach and numerous restaurants, cafés and bars can be reached after a short walk. The beaches along the pine forest south of the town are free of charge, unlike those on the coastal promenade. The pine forest stretches for about 15 kilometers from the mouth of the river to the neighboring community of Bibbona and provides pleasant cooling, especially in summer. If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
