This beautiful holiday home for four people lies on an estate in Tuscany in the midst of the arguably most famous valley of Tuscany, the Val d'Orcia.
You'll reach the entrance of your holiday home via the stairs from the patio with loggia, which is shared with the guests in the adjacent accommodation.
You'll notice the Tuscan atmosphere as soon as you get in. Characteristic elements such as the terracotta flooring, wooden ceiling beams and attractive furniture all add to the Tuscan feeling.
You can enjoy the sun all around the house. To cool down, you can always take a refreshing plunge in the swimming pool in which you can also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Val d'Orcia - there's a good reason why it's a UNESCO world heritage site!
There is something to do for everyone! You can take beautiful walks in the lovely countryside or go mountain biking and for children there's a small playground on the estate. A football pitch, volleyball field and basketball court are all available, but you might just prefer to enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent landscape of this estate.
The medieval towns, like Pienza, Buonconvento and San Quirico are easily accessible from the estate. The famous wine villages of Montalcino and Montepulciano are very close as well.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
