The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. "Tipo B", 2-room cottage 30 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, kitchen corner and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. The cottage has a private terrace surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden of this secluded property. Accommodation for the disabled must be requested in advance.

There is a lake/open water less than 600 meter. You can also relax, because near Tipo B in Castiglione della Pescaia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
