Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 gas rings). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Patio. Sitting area. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance. This is a semi-indipendent cottage as it is divided in 2 properties, each with a terrace surrounded by a pinewood. Object suitable for two adults and one child under 11 years.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
